Chempens Cosmetics proudly uses UPS for all our domestic shipping needs. We currently charge a flat rate of $15.00 for shipping anywhere in the continental United States.

Chempens Cosmetics currently accepts:

We have the ability to accept other methods, such as Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, ACH, or wire transfer. Please reach out to us directly to use an alternative payment method.

We send all our orders via UPS Ground. Typically, the delivery timeframe is about 2-5 business days. We provide a tracking number on all orders as soon as they ship so you can keep track of the shipping progress while the order is on its way to you!

You should receive an email almost immediately with your purchase confirmation as well as a PDF invoice outlining your order. (Check your spam folder if you have not received it.)

Additionally, all your previous orders and invoices are available by logging into your account on this website!
