Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with ChemPens Cosmetics. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

You have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically take 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us to arrange for an exchange.

Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
